1. Operating Conditions
1.1 Continuous use in ambient temperatures ranging from a brisk -55°C to a toasty 125°C.
1.2 Exceptionally robust for prolonged use in both acidic and alkaline environments.
1.3 Engineered for sustained use under rigorous environmental protection guidelines.
2. Appearance Requirements
2.1 The product surface must be pristine, devoid of noticeable scratches, uneven textures, or bamboo-joint-like imperfections.
2.2 The exterior finish is expected to be flawlessly smooth, devoid of oil stains and free from dust accumulation.
2.3 Impeccable printing quality is ensured with no ghosting, excess ink, incomplete prints, or slippage.
3. Heat Shrinkage Performance
3.1 Commencing shrinkage kicks in at 70°C; complete shrinkage is achieved at 125°C.
Conforming to UL224 standards, full-shrinkage temperature is set at 200°C, accomplished within 3 minutes.
3.2 The rate of longitudinal shrinkage remains within a precise ±5%.
4. Performance Characteristics of Materials
The materials' physical and chemical properties are strictly aligned with the stipulations in Table 1.
The dimensions for halogen-free, flame-retardant, thin-wall heat-shrinkable sleeves adhere precisely to the specifications outlined in Table 2.

Standard colors available include black, red, blue, yellow, green, and white. Customization is possible for other colors such as purple, gray, brown, etc., tailored to customer preferences.

Utilize a forced-air constant-temperature oven, meticulously setting the shrinkage temperature to an exact 125°C. Initially, you may observe a temperature dip when the heat-shrinkable sleeve is introduced to the oven. Patience is essential as the oven stabilizes and reaches the ideal temperature. This calculated process ensures the sleeve reaches its ultimate shrinkage temperature, aided by the efficient circulation of hot air within the oven. To achieve optimal results, maintain the oven's actual temperature at the set point for a consistent 3-minute period, ensuring the sleeve attains its perfect shrinkage form.
