2.1 The surface must be pristine, devoid of any visible scratches, irregular textures, or bamboo-joint-like imperfections, ensuring a flawless finish.
2.2 The exterior finish must be impeccably smooth, completely free from oil stains and dust, presenting an immaculate appearance.
2.3 Achieving printing excellence with no occurrence of ghosting, surplus ink, incomplete prints, or print misalignment, ensuring clarity and precision.
3. Heat Shrinkage Performance.
3.1 Shrinkage initiates at 70°C, reaching complete contraction at 125°C, ensuring optimal fitting and performance.
Compliant with UL224 standards, achieving full shrinkage at 200°C within just 3 minutes, delivering efficiency and reliability.
3.2 Longitudinal shrinkage rate is meticulously regulated within ±5%, ensuring dimensional consistency and accuracy.

For optimal results, utilize a forced-air constant-temperature oven and set the shrinkage temperature with precision at 125°C. It's crucial to be aware that upon placing the heat-shrinkable sleeve within the oven, the initial temperature may experience a temporary dip. Patience is vital, as the oven will gradually stabilize, reaching the specified temperature. Following this stabilization, the sleeve will have the opportunity to attain its ultimate shrinkage temperature, expertly facilitated by the circulating hot air within the oven. The sleeve will realize its full shrinkage potential when the oven's actual temperature aligns perfectly with the set point, maintaining this alignment consistently for a steadfast duration of 3 minutes.
