Our double-wall heat shrink tubing is a sophisticated blend of soft polyolefin and hot melt adhesive, crafted through advanced co-extrusion technology. The outer polyolefin layer offers exceptional insulation, is halogen-free, and boasts flame-retardant properties. Meanwhile, the inner hot melt adhesive layer provides robust mechanical strain buffering and creates a formidable seal. This tubing is ideal for insulation and protection of wires, cables, and connectors that require superior sealing, waterproofing, and moisture resistance. It seamlessly integrates into various industries, including electronics, automotive, and communications, ensuring high-performance results.
