1. Operating Conditions
1.1 The ambient temperature for continuous use ranges from -55°C to 125°C.
1.2 Ideal for long-term usage under both acidic and alkaline conditions.
1.3 Suitable for prolonged use under rigorous environmental protection standards.
2. Appearance Requirements
2.1 The product must be free from noticeable scratches, irregularities, or bamboo-joint-like defects on its surface.
2.2 The surface should be smooth, devoid of oil stains or dust accumulation.
2.3 Print clarity is essential, with no ghosting, excessive ink, incomplete print, or misalignment.
3. Heat Shrinkage Performance
3.1 Initial shrinkage temperature is set at 70°C; full shrinkage is achieved at 125°C.
Compliant with the UL224 standard, the full shrinkage temperature reaches 200°C within 3 minutes.
3.2 The rate of longitudinal shrinkage should not surpass ±5%.
4. Performance Characteristics of Materials
The materials' physical and chemical properties are outlined in Table 1.
Dimensions of the halogen-free flame-retardant thin-wall heat-shrinkable sleeves are in accordance with Table 2's specifications.
The dimensions for halogen-free flame-retardant heat-shrinkable sleeves adhere to the specifications in Table 3.
Standard colors available include black, red, blue, yellow, green, and white. Additional colors like purple, gray, and brown can be customized as per customer specifications.
During the usage process of our premium heat-shrinkable sleeve, ensuring optimal performance requires a meticulous approach. The sleeve should be fully shrunk using a forced-air-type constant-temperature oven. Control the shrinkage temperature precisely at 125°C. As you place the sleeve in the oven, be cautious of the initial drop in temperature; it requires a brief period to stabilize at the desired setting. Additionally, the sleeve needs time to uniformly reach the final shrinkage temperature, facilitated by the oven's hot air circulation. For perfect results, maintain the oven at the set temperature for approximately 3 minutes, allowing the sleeve to achieve a flawless shrink.
