1.3 Engineered with precision for consistent performance under stringent environmental protection guidelines.
2. Appearance Requirements
2.1 The product surface must be immaculate, free from noticeable scratches, uneven textures, or bamboo-joint-like imperfections.
2.2 The exterior finish should be flawlessly smooth, with no oil stains or dust accumulation.
2.3 Impeccable printing quality is ensured, with no ghosting, excess ink, incomplete prints, or slippage.
3. Heat Shrinkage Performance
3.1 Shrinkage initiates at a gentle 70°C; complete shrinkage is achieved at a thorough 125°C.
Conforming to UL224 standards, the full-shrinkage temperature is set at 200°C, accomplished within a brisk 3 minutes.
3.2 The rate of longitudinal shrinkage is maintained within a precise ±5%.
4. Performance Characteristics of Materials
The materials' physical and chemical properties are strictly aligned with the specifications detailed in Table 1.
The dimensions for halogen-free, flame-retardant, thin-wall heat-shrinkable sleeves adhere exactly to the specifications outlined in Table 2.

Standard color options include black, red, blue, yellow, green, and white, with the possibility of customization for additional colors such as purple, gray, brown, and more, tailored to customer preferences.
During the use of our premium heat-shrinkable sleeve, achieving full and flawless shrinkage demands an attentive eye and precision. For the best possible results, utilize a forced-air constant-temperature oven, making sure to accurately set the shrinkage temperature at an exact 125°C. It is essential to remember that as the heat-shrinkable sleeve is introduced into the oven, the temperature could initially fall. Patience is key, as you must allow time for the oven to stabilize and once again reach the specified temperature. Subsequently, the sleeve requires time to reach its complete shrinkage temperature, a process facilitated by the circulation of hot air within the oven. The sleeve will only accomplish full shrinkage when the oven's actual temperature aligns perfectly with the set point, sustaining this for a consistent and precise 3-minute duration.
