2. Appearance Requirements
2.1 The surface must be immaculate, free from any visible scratches, uneven textures, or bamboo-joint-like marks.
2.2 The exterior finish should be impeccably smooth, with zero oil stains and absolutely no dust accumulation.
2.3 Ensured printing excellence with no ghosting, excess ink, incomplete prints, or print slippage.
3. Heat Shrinkage Performance
3.1 Shrinkage begins at 70°C, achieving full contraction at 125°C.
In compliance with UL224 standards, the complete shrinkage temperature of 200°C is reached within 3 minutes.
3.2 The longitudinal shrinkage rate is precisely controlled within ±5%.
4. Performance Characteristics of Materials
The physical and chemical properties of the materials are meticulously aligned with the criteria detailed in Table 1.

The dimensions of halogen-free, flame-retardant, thin-wall heat-shrinkable sleeves strictly adhere to specifications in Table 2.

When utilizing our premium Single Wall Heat Shrink Tube, crafted with precision for superior performance, achieving optimal shrinkage demands meticulous care. For the best results, employ a forced-air constant-temperature oven, setting the shrinkage temperature accurately to 125°C. It's of paramount importance to note that upon placing the heat-shrinkable sleeve inside the oven, the initial temperature might dip. Patience is key, as the oven gradually stabilizes to reach the specified temperature. Following this, the sleeve will require time to achieve its ultimate shrinkage temperature, expertly aided by the circulating hot air within the oven. The sleeve will reach its full shrinkage potential when the oven's actual temperature aligns with the set point, maintaining this alignment for a steadfast 3-minute duration.
