Product Parameters

TPEE thermoplastic elastomer corrugated conduit pipe is a bellows with excellent fatigue resistance developed by our company specifically for robots and mechanical arm products. The fatigue resistance is more than 100,000 times. This product is environmentally friendly and reliable, UV-resistant, weather-resistant, and has excellent mechanical properties and high temperature resistance.
Product characteristics:
1. Good creep resistance, impact resistance, fatigue resistance, high impact strength and good high/low temperature performance;
2. High flexibility, high tensile strength and high friction resistance (wear resistance is the same as TPU);
3. Good rebound performance, good rebound elasticity, and high elastic modulus (compared with TPU, especially 50D and above, the performance is more excellent);
Oil/water resistant, chemical solvent resistant, acid/alkali resistant, heat aging resistant and UV aging resistant (more resistant to hydrolysis and chemical solvents than TPU);
