2. Appearance Requirements
2.1 The product surface exudes excellence, maintaining an immaculate appearance free of noticeable scratches, uneven textures, or bamboo-joint-like imperfections, epitomizing quality craftsmanship.
2.2 Every exterior finish is crafted to be flawlessly smooth, ensuring a pristine surface devoid of oil stains or dust accumulation, reflecting our commitment to superior aesthetics.
2.3 Our printing quality is impeccable, guaranteeing no ghosting, excess ink, incomplete prints, or slippage, upholding our dedication to precision and clarity.
3. Heat Shrinkage Performance
3.1 Initiating shrinkage begins at 70°C with full shrinkage achieved at 125°C, showcasing our product's efficiency and reliability in heat application.
Conforming to UL224 standards, full-shrinkage temperature is set at 200°C, accomplished within 3 minutes, highlighting our product's rapid response to thermal exposure.
3.2 Ensuring precision, the rate of longitudinal shrinkage is maintained within a tight ±5%, demonstrating our commitment to uniformity and quality control.
4. Performance Characteristics of Materials
The materials' physical and chemical properties are strictly aligned with the stipulations in Table 1, ensuring compliance and excellence in every aspect.
The dimensions for halogen-free, flame-retardant, thin-wall heat-shrinkable sleeves adhere precisely to the specifications outlined in Table 2, ensuring exactitude and readiness for any application.
The dimensions for halogen-free, flame-retardant heat-shrinkable sleeves faithfully follow the guidelines specified in Table 3, guaranteeing precision and adaptability.
Standard colors available include black, red, blue, yellow, green, and white. For those seeking a personalized touch, customization is possible for other colors such as purple, gray, brown, etc., tailored to customer preferences.
When utilizing our Premium Single Wall Heat Shrink Tube, precision is key to achieving perfect shrinkage. To ensure top-notch results, use a forced-air constant-temperature oven, meticulously setting the shrinkage temperature at an exact 125°C. Initially, the internal oven temperature might dip once the heat-shrinkable sleeve is introduced. Exercise patience and allow the oven temperature to stabilize at the targeted degree. Once stabilized, the sleeve will gradually reach its ideal shrinkage through the efficient circulation of hot air within the oven. For the sleeve to achieve complete shrinkage, ensure the oven's actual temperature aligns perfectly with the set point, maintaining this level consistently for a minimum of 3 minutes.
