1. Operating Conditions
1.1 The ambient temperature suitable for continuous use spans -55°C to 125°C.
1.2 Successfully endures prolonged exposure to acidic and alkaline conditions.
1.3 Capable of sustained performance under rigorous environmental protection standards.
2. Appearance Requirements
2.1 The product's surface must be free from noticeable scratches, unevenness, or bamboo joint-like defects.
2.2 A smooth, pristine surface without oil stains or dust accumulation is required.
2.3 Printing must be sharp and clear, devoid of ghosting, excess ink, incomplete prints, or slippage.
3. Heat Shrinkage Performance
3.1 Initial shrinkage begins at 70°C, reaching full shrinkage at 125°C.
Complying with the UL224 standard, the full shrinkage temperature sustains at 200°C for 3 minutes.
3.2 The longitudinal shrinkage rate does not surpass ±5%.
4. Performance Characteristics of Materials
The materials' physical and chemical properties adhere to the specifications outlined in Table 1.
Dimensions of halogen-free flame-retardant thin-wall heat-shrinkable sleeves meet the criteria in Table 2.
Dimensions of halogen-free flame-retardant heat-shrinkable sleeves align with the details in Table 3.
Standard color options include black, red, blue, yellow, green, and white. Additional hues such as purple, gray, and brown are available for customization to meet customer specifications.
To guarantee the immaculate shrinkage of the heat-shrinkable sleeve during its application, it is imperative to utilize a forced-air constant-temperature oven, maintaining the shrinkage temperature meticulously at 125°C. It's crucial to note that upon inserting the heat-shrinkable sleeve into the oven, the temperature may initially dip and will require some time to stabilize back to the set temperature. The sleeve must also be given sufficient time to reach the targeted shrinkage temperature through the oven's circulating hot air. Therefore, the sleeve achieves its optimal shrink state when the oven's actual temperature attains and steadies at the specified 125°C for approximately 3 minutes, ensuring perfect insulation and protection.
