Product Introduction:
Our Fireproof Bushings, also known as high-temperature or refractory bushings, are meticulously crafted from either alkali-free glass fiber or high-fluffy glass fiber. These are expertly woven into durable tubes and subsequently coated with a premium grade, high-temperature resistant, iron oxide red silica gel through advanced heat treatment processes. These bushings boast a thicker profile compared to standard insulation bushings, delivering exceptional fire prevention, flame retardancy, heat insulation, thermal preservation, and insulation. They are resilient to acids, alkalis, and aging elements, promising to withstand molten metal splashes, intense heat sources, and flames, thereby ensuring an extended service life and superior thermal resistance.

Product Temperature Resistance: Capable of enduring temperatures ranging from -60ºC to 300ºC, with an extraordinary short-term spike resistance up to 1650ºC.

There are three primary forms of high-temperature casing: Buckle Type, Wrap Type, and Straight Cylinder Type.
The heat-resistant bushing's foremost advantage is its ease of installation without the necessity of halting operations or dismantling hoses and cables. It can be effortlessly installed on-site, ensuring a precise fit and preserving structural integrity. The Buckle Type, crafted from high-temperature glass fiber, is reinforced internally with fire-retardant adhesive tape, allowing for an adjustable fit and secure adhesion once the optimal size is achieved.
Coil Type: Designed for high-temperature safeguarding of irregularly shaped objects such as valves and curved pipes, this type is ideal for outdoor high-temperature pipes like natural gas and heating pipes, offering excellent heat insulation and minimizing thermal loss.
Straight Drum Type: Specifically tailored for use with flat pipes, cable protection, automotive wiring harnesses, and generator sets post-installation, ensuring sealing, insulation, thermal protection, and moisture resistance.
