1. Operating Conditions
1.1 Continuous use in ambient temperatures ranging from a brisk -55°C to a toasty 125°C.
1.2 Exceptionally robust for prolonged use in both acidic and alkaline environments.
1.3 Engineered for sustained use under rigorous environmental protection guidelines.
2. Appearance Requirements
2.1 The product surface must be pristine, devoid of noticeable scratches, uneven textures, or bamboo-joint-like imperfections.
2.2 The exterior finish is expected to be flawlessly smooth, devoid of oil stains and free from dust accumulation.
2.3 Impeccable printing quality is ensured with no ghosting, excess ink, incomplete prints, or slippage.
3. Heat Shrinkage Performance
3.1 Commencing shrinkage kicks in at 70°C; complete shrinkage is achieved at 125°C.
Conforming to UL224 standards, full-shrinkage temperature is set at 200°C, accomplished within 3 minutes.
3.2 The rate of longitudinal shrinkage remains within a precise ±5%.
4. Performance Characteristics of Materials
The materials' physical and chemical properties are strictly aligned with the stipulations in Table 1.
The dimensions for halogen-free, flame-retardant, thin-wall heat-shrinkable sleeves adhere precisely to the specifications outlined in Table 2.
The dimensions for halogen-free, flame-retardant heat-shrinkable sleeves faithfully follow the guidelines specified in Table 3.
Standard colors available include black, red, blue, yellow, green, and white. Customization is possible for other colors such as purple, gray, brown, etc., tailored to customer preferences.
During the use of our premium heat-shrinkable sleeve, achieving full shrinkage requires meticulous attention to detail. For optimal results, employ a forced-air constant-temperature oven, ensuring the shrinkage temperature is precisely set at 125°C. It's crucial to note that when the heat-shrinkable sleeve is placed inside the oven, the temperature may initially drop. Allow time for the oven to stabilize and reach the designated temperature. Subsequently, the sleeve will need time to attain its final shrinkage temperature, facilitated by the hot air circulation within the oven. The sleeve will achieve full shrinkage when the oven's actual temperature meets the set point, maintaining this for a consistent 3-minute duration.
