1. Operating Conditions
1.1 The optimal ambient temperature for continuous use ranges from -55°C to 125°C.
1.2 Can withstand long-term exposure to acidic and alkaline environments without degradation.
1.3 Designed for durability under stringent environmental protection conditions.
2. Appearance Requirements
2.1 The product surface must be flawless, with no scratches, unevenness, or bamboo-joint-like defects.
2.2 Ensures a smooth finish, free from oil stains and dust accumulation for optimal performance.
2.3 Clear, precise printing with no ghosting, excess ink, incomplete printing, or slippage.
3. Heat Shrinkage Performance
3.1 Initial shrinkage begins at 70°C; complete shrinkage is achieved at 125°C.
Compliance with UL224 standard permits full shrinkage at 200°C for 3 minutes, ensuring robust heat resistance.
3.2 Maintains a longitudinal shrinkage rate within ±5%, ensuring dimensional stability.
4. Performance Characteristics of Materials
Materials' physical and chemical properties adhere strictly to the standards detailed in Table 1.
Dimensions of halogen-free, flame-retardant thin-wall heat shrinkable sleeves comply with Table 2 specifications.
Product dimensions of halogen-free, flame-retardant heat shrinkable sleeves are in accordance with Table 3 provisions.
Available in standard colors: black, red, blue, yellow, green, and white. Custom colors, including purple, gray, and brown, are available to meet specific customer requirements.
To achieve optimal performance when using the heat-shrinkable sleeve, it is essential to utilize a forced-air-type constant-temperature oven. The shrinkage temperature should be meticulously maintained at 125°C. Be mindful that upon inserting the sleeve into the oven, a temporary decrease in temperature may occur, necessitating a specific duration to reach the desired setting. Concurrently, the sleeve requires time to attain its ultimate shrinkage temperature via the oven's hot air circulation. Thus, for the sleeve to be thoroughly shrunk in place, it is imperative that the oven's actual temperature achieves and holds the set temperature, doing so for approximately 3 minutes.
