2. Appearance Requirements
2.1 The surface of the tubing must remain pristine, devoid of any visible scratches, uneven textures, or bamboo-joint-like imperfections.
2.2 The exterior finish must be flawlessly smooth, ensuring zero oil stains and absolutely no dust accumulation.
2.3 Printing quality is paramount, with no ghosting, excess ink, incomplete prints, or slippage tolerated.
3. Heat Shrinkage Performance
3.1 Initiation of shrinkage occurs at 70°C, achieving complete contraction at 125°C.
In line with UL224 standards, the tubing reaches its full shrinkage temperature of 200°C within a mere 3 minutes.
3.2 The longitudinal shrinkage rate is meticulously maintained within a precise ±5% margin.

The physical and chemical properties of the materials are carefully aligned with the stringent criteria detailed in Table 1.
