1. Operating Conditions
1.1 Designed for continuous use, the ambient temperature range extends from -55°C to 125°C.
1.2 Engineered for longevity, it withstands prolonged use in both acidic and alkaline environments.
1.3 Meets rigorous environmental protection standards for long-term usage.
2. Appearance Requirements
2.1 The product surface is devoid of prominent scratches, uneven areas, or bamboo-joint-like imperfections.
2.2 The surface is flawlessly smooth, ensuring no oil stains or dust accumulation.
2.3 Printing is sharp and precise, with no ghosting, surplus ink, incomplete prints, or slippage.
3. Heat Shrinkage Performance
3.1 The initial shrinkage temperature begins at 70°C, achieving full shrinkage at 125°C.
Compliant with the UL224 standard, the full shrinkage temperature reaches 200°C over a span of 3 minutes.
3.2 The longitudinal shrinkage rate is maintained within ±5%.
4. Performance Characteristics of Materials
The physical and chemical properties of these materials align with the specifications detailed in Table 1.
Dimensions for halogen-free flame-retardant thin-wall heat-shrinkable sleeves adhere to Table 2 specifications.
Dimensions for halogen-free flame-retardant heat-shrinkable sleeves adhere to Table 3 specifications.
Our standard palette includes black, red, blue, yellow, green, and white. Additional shades like purple, gray, and brown can be custom-tailored to meet customer specifications.
To ensure the complete and flawless shrinkage of the heat-shrinkable sleeve, it is vital to employ a forced-air constant-temperature oven, meticulously controlling the shrinkage temperature at a precise 125°C. It is crucial to note that once the sleeve is placed inside the oven, there may be an initial dip in temperature, requiring a certain period for the oven to regain its set temperature. Likewise, the sleeve itself must undergo an important phase, reaching its ultimate shrinkage temperature through the consistent circulation of hot air within the oven. Therefore, for the heat-shrinkable sleeve to achieve its optimal shrinkage, the oven's actual temperature must not only align with but also maintain the set temperature for approximately three minutes.
