1. Operating Conditions
1.1 Continuous use in ambient temperatures ranging from a brisk -55°C to a toasty 125°C.
1.2 Exceptionally robust for prolonged use in both acidic and alkaline environments.
1.3 Engineered for sustained use under rigorous environmental protection guidelines.
2. Appearance Requirements
2.1 The product surface must be pristine, devoid of noticeable scratches, uneven textures, or bamboo-joint-like imperfections.
2.2 The exterior finish is expected to be flawlessly smooth, devoid of oil stains and free from dust accumulation.
2.3 Impeccable printing quality is ensured with no ghosting, excess ink, incomplete prints, or slippage.
3. Heat Shrinkage Performance
3.1 Commencing shrinkage kicks in at 70°C; complete shrinkage is achieved at 125°C.
Conforming to UL224 standards, full-shrinkage temperature is set at 200°C, accomplished within 3 minutes.
3.2 The rate of longitudinal shrinkage remains within a precise ±5%.
4. Performance Characteristics of Materials
The materials' physical and chemical properties are strictly aligned with the stipulations in Table 1.
The dimensions for halogen-free, flame-retardant, thin-wall heat-shrinkable sleeves adhere precisely to the specifications outlined in Table 2.

Standard colors available include black, red, blue, yellow, green, and white. Customization is possible for other colors such as purple, gray, brown, etc., tailored to customer preferences.
Delve into the exceptional performance of our premium heat-shrinkable sleeve, designed for precision and reliability. To achieve the ultimate shrinkage, one must pay meticulous attention to each detail of the process. For superior outcomes, invest in a forced-air constant-temperature oven, setting the shrinkage temperature with precision at 125°C. Be aware that upon placing the heat-shrinkable sleeve inside the oven, a slight initial drop in temperature may occur. Allow the oven time to regain and stabilize at the desired temperature. The sleeve requires adequate time to reach its final shrinkage stage, expertly facilitated by the efficient hot air circulation within the oven. Rest assured, full shrinkage will be attained when the oven's actual temperature meets the set point, maintaining this critical temperature consistently for a 3-minute duration.
