Product Introduction:
Our Fireproof Bushings, also known as high-temperature or refractory bushings, are expertly crafted by braiding them into tubes using either alkali-free glass fiber or high-fluffy glass fiber. These tubes are then coated with an advanced, organic, high-temperature resistant iron oxide red silicone gel, formulated to withstand extremely high temperatures. They are significantly thicker than standard insulating bushings, boasting exceptional fire prevention, flame retardant, and heat insulation properties, as well as impressive heat preservation, insulation, resistance to acids and alkalis, and anti-aging characteristics. Designed to endure molten metal splatter, intense heat sources, and flames, these bushings offer extended service life and superior heat resistance.

One of the most significant advantages of our heat-resistant bushings is the elimination of the need to deactivate equipment or remove hoses and cables during installation. Furthermore, they can be installed on-site to assure perfect fit and structural integrity. The buckle type is specially manufactured from high-temperature glass fiber, with the interior secured using fire-retardant adhesive tape, allowing it to form a tight bond when adjusted to the correct size.
Coil Type: Ideal for offering high-temperature protection to irregular items like valves and curved pipes, this type is easily wound and suitable for outdoor use on high-temperature pipes such as natural gas and heating pipes, efficiently providing insulation and reducing heat loss.
Straight Drum Type: This type is perfect for flat piping, cable protection, automotive wiring harnesses, and generator sets, ensuring sealing, insulation, heat insulation, and moisture-proof qualities after installation.
