1. Operating Conditions

1.1 The ambient temperature range for continuous operation spans from -55°C to 125°C.

1.2 Designed for prolonged use under both acidic and alkaline conditions.

1.3 Suitable for extended usage under stringent environmental protection protocols.

2. Appearance Requirements

2.1 The product surface must be devoid of noticeable scratches, uneven textures, or bamboo joint-like imperfections.

2.2 The exterior should be smooth, with no oil stains or dust accumulation.

2.3 Printing must remain sharp and clear, free from ghosting, excessive ink, incomplete patterns, or slippage.

3. Heat Shrinkage Performance

3.1 The initial shrink temperature is set at 70°C; complete shrinkage occurs at 125°C.

In alignment with UL224 standards, a full-shrinkage temperature of 200°C is maintained for 3 minutes.

3.2 The longitudinal shrinkage rate is strictly controlled within ±5%.

4. Performance Characteristics of Materials

The materials' physical and chemical attributes are in full compliance with the specifications outlined in Table 1.

5. Product Dimensions

Dimensions of halogen-free flame-retardant thin-wall heat-shrinkable sleeves adhere to the standards in Table 2.

Dimensions of halogen-free flame-retardant heat-shrinkable sleeves meet the criteria established in Table 3.

6. Colors

Available in standard hues including black, red, blue, yellow, green, and white. Customization options are open for other shades such as purple, gray, and brown to meet specific client needs.

7. Usage Method

To ensure optimal performance of the heat-shrinkable sleeve during use, it must fully shrink in place. Utilize a forced-air constant-temperature oven, maintaining an ideal shrinkage temperature of 125°C. Pay close attention to any drop in oven temperature as the sleeve is introduced, as it requires time to stabilize and reach the desired setting. It's crucial to allow sufficient time for the sleeve to achieve the final shrinkage temperature through the oven's hot air circulation. For complete and effective shrinkage, ensure the actual oven temperature achieves and sustains the set level for approximately 3 minutes.
