2. Appearance Requirements
2.1 The surface is required to be pristine, devoid of any visible scratches, uneven textures, or bamboo-joint-like marks, ensuring a flawless finish.
2.2 The exterior finish must be impeccably smooth, devoid of oil stains and absolutely free from dust accumulation.
2.3 Printing excellence is assured, guaranteeing no ghosting effects, excess ink, incomplete prints, or print slippage.
3. Heat Shrinkage Performance
3.1 Shrinkage initiates at 70°C, achieving complete contraction at 125°C, ensuring optimal performance.
In alignment with UL224 standards, full shrinkage is accomplished at a temperature of 200°C within a mere 3 minutes.
3.2 The longitudinal shrinkage rate is precisely controlled, maintained within an exacting ±5%.

The material's physical and chemical properties are meticulously aligned with the stringent criteria detailed in Table 1, ensuring top-notch reliability.

When engaging with our top-tier Single Wall Heat Shrink Tube, meticulously engineered for unparalleled performance, achieving the perfect shrinkage requires careful attention to detail. For optimal results, we recommend utilizing a forced-air constant-temperature oven, precisely setting the shrinkage temperature to a precise 125°C. It's crucial to be aware that upon inserting the heat-shrinkable sleeve into the oven, the initial temperature may momentarily decrease. Exercising patience is essential, as the oven gradually stabilizes, reaching the desired temperature setting. Subsequently, the sleeve will need time to reach its ultimate shrinkage temperature, expertly facilitated by the circulating hot air within the oven. The sleeve achieves its maximum shrinkage potential when the oven's actual temperature aligns perfectly with the set point, maintaining this alignment for a consistent 3-minute duration.
