Product introduction:
Fireproof bushings (high temperature bushings, refractory bushings) are braided into tubes by alkali free glass fiber or high fluffy glass fiber, and coated with organic high temperature resistant iron oxide red silica gel after high temperature treatment. Fireproof bushing is thicker than ordinary insulating bushing, and has very outstanding properties of fire prevention, flame retardant, heat insulation, heat preservation, insulation, acid and alkali resistance, anti-aging and so on. It can withstand molten metal spatter and strong heat sources and flames, and has better service life and heat resistance.

Application: High temperature pipe is mainly used in steel works, smelters, glass works, rail transit, large transformer places and other high temperature places and a variety of harsh environment of hydraulic hoses, cables, metal hoses, bellows and various pipeline line protection, is a kind of environmental protection and pollution-free pipeline line protection sleeve.

There are three main forms of high temperature casing: buckle type, wrap type, and straight cylinder type.

The biggest advantage of heat resistant bushing is that there is no need to disable equipment or remove hoses and cables when installing thermal protection bushing. Another advantage is that it can be installed on-site in the factory to ensure correct fit and structural integrity. The buckle type is made of high-temperature glass fiber, and the interior is stitched with fire-retardant adhesive tape. When the sleeve is adjusted to the appropriate size, it can be tightly bonded with the adhesive tape.

Coil type: used for high temperature protection of irregular protected objects such as valves, curved pipes, easy winding, and also suitable for outdoor high temperature pipes, such as natural gas pipes, heating pipes, etc., to play a role in heat insulation and reduce heat loss.

Straight drum type: suitable for flat pipe money, cable protection, automotive wiring harness, generator set after installation, seal, insulation, heat insulation, moisture-proof.
