1. Operating Conditions
1.1 The ambient temperature for continuous use: -55°C to 125°C.
1.2 It can be used for a long time under acidic and alkaline conditions.
1.3 It can be used for a long time under strict environmental protection requirements.
2. Appearance Requirements
2.1 There are no obvious scratches, unevenness, or bamboo - joint - like defects on the surface of the product.
2.2 The surface is smooth, free of oil stains and dust accumulation.
2.3 The printing is clear, without ghosting, excess ink, incomplete printing, or slipping.
3. Heat Shrinkage Performance
3.1 The initial shrinkage temperature is 70°C; the full shrinkage temperature is 125°C.
In accordance with the UL224 standard, the full - shrinkage temperature is 200°C for 3 minutes.
3.2 The longitudinal shrinkage rate does not exceed ±5%.
4. Performance Characteristics of Materials
The physical and chemical properties of the materials comply with the provisions in Table 1.
The product dimensions of halogen - free flame - retardant thin - wall heat - shrinkable sleeves comply with the provisions in Table 2.
The product dimensions of halogen - free flame - retardant heat - shrinkable sleeves comply with the provisions in Table 3.
Standard colors: black, red, blue, yellow, green, white. Other colors such as purple, gray, brown, etc. can be customized according to customer requirements.
During the use process, in order to ensure that the heat - shrinkable sleeve can be fully shrunk in place, a forced - air - type constant - temperature oven should be used, and the shrinkage temperature should be controlled at 125°C. Pay special attention that when the heat - shrinkable sleeve is put into the oven, the oven temperature has a downward trend, and it takes a certain amount of time to reach the set temperature. At the same time, it also takes a certain amount of time for the heat - shrinkable sleeve to reach the final shrinkage temperature through the circulation of hot air in the oven. Therefore, the heat - shrinkable sleeve can be fully shrunk in place only when the actual temperature of the oven reaches the set temperature and remains at this temperature for about 3 minutes.
