1. Operating Conditions
1.1 The ambient temperature for continuous use ranges from -55°C to 125°C.
1.2 Suitable for prolonged use in acidic and alkaline conditions.
1.3 Ideal for long-term application under strict environmental protection requirements.
2. Appearance Requirements
2.1 The product surface is free from obvious scratches, unevenness, or bamboo-joint-like defects.
2.2 Smooth surface, devoid of oil stains and dust accumulation.
2.3 Clear printing without ghosting, excess ink, incomplete printing, or slipping.
3. Heat Shrinkage Performance
3.1 The initial shrinkage temperature is 70°C; complete shrinkage is achieved at 125°C.
According to the UL224 standard, full shrinkage is attained at 200°C within 3 minutes.
3.2 The longitudinal shrinkage rate does not exceed ±5%.
4. Performance Characteristics of Materials
The physical and chemical attributes of the materials align with the specifications outlined in Table 1.
The product dimensions for halogen-free flame-retardant thin-wall heat-shrinkable sleeves adhere to the specifications outlined in Table 2.
The dimensions for halogen-free flame-retardant heat-shrinkable sleeves align with the specifications in Table 3.
Standard colors include black, red, blue, yellow, green, and white. Custom colors such as purple, gray, brown, and more are available to meet customer requirements.
To achieve optimal performance during usage, it is essential to ensure that the heat-shrinkable sleeve achieves full shrinkage. Utilize a forced-air, constant-temperature oven and maintain the shrinkage temperature precisely at 125°C. Note that upon placing the sleeve into the oven, the oven's temperature may initially drop and will require time to stabilize at the desired set level. Additionally, the sleeve needs adequate time to reach the final shrinkage temperature through the circulating hot air within the oven. Only when the oven's actual temperature attains and sustains the set point for approximately 3 minutes will the heat-shrinkable sleeve be fully and effectively shrunk in place.
