1. Operating Conditions
1.1 The ambient temperature for continuous usage: -55°C to 125°C.
1.2 It is suitable for extended use under both acidic and alkaline conditions.
1.3 It is suitable for long-term use under stringent environmental protection requirements.
2. Appearance Requirements
2.1 The product surface is free from noticeable scratches, irregularities, or bamboo-joint-like defects.
2.2 The surface is smooth, devoid of oil stains and dust accumulation.
2.3 The printing is sharp, with no ghosting, surplus ink, incomplete printing, or slippage.
3. Heat Shrinkage Performance
3.1 The initial shrinkage temperature is 70°C; complete shrinkage occurs at 125°C.
In accordance with the UL224 standard, the full-shrinkage temperature is 200°C for 3 minutes.
3.2 The longitudinal shrinkage rate does not exceed ±5%.
4. Performance Characteristics of Materials
The physical and chemical properties of the materials are in compliance with the specifications outlined in Table 1.
The dimensions of halogen-free flame-retardant thin-wall heat-shrinkable sleeves align with the specifications in Table 2.
The dimensions of halogen-free flame-retardant heat-shrinkable sleeves adhere to the specifications in Table 3.
Standard colors include black, red, blue, yellow, green, and white. Customization of other colors such as purple, gray, and brown is available to meet customer requirements.
To achieve optimal results during usage, ensure the heat-shrinkable sleeve is fully shrunk by utilizing a forced-air type constant-temperature oven. Maintain the shrinkage temperature precisely at 125°C. It's crucial to note that when the heat-shrinkable sleeve is placed into the oven, there is an initial dip in the oven's temperature, followed by a period required to stabilize at the desired temperature. Concurrently, the sleeve needs sufficient time to attain its final shrinkage temperature, facilitated by the hot air circulation within the oven. Thus, the sleeve will only fully contract once the oven's temperature reaches and sustains the set level for approximately 3 minutes.
