Product introduction:
Our fireproof bushings (also known as high temperature or refractory bushings) are expertly crafted into tubular forms using premium alkali-free glass fiber or high fluffy glass fiber. These are then coated with a high-temperature resistant organic iron oxide red silica gel, following a rigorous heat treatment process. The fireproof bushings are notably thicker than standard insulating alternatives and offer exceptional fire prevention, flame retardancy, heat insulation, preservation, electrical insulation, resistance to acids and alkalis, and anti-aging properties. They excel in withstanding molten metal splatter, intense heat sources, and direct flames, promising an enhanced service life and superior heat resistance.

Application: Engineered for high-stress environments, our high-temperature pipe sleeves are indispensable in steel mills, smelters, glass factories, rail transit systems, massive transformer installations, and other areas exposed to extreme temperatures. They ensure environmental safety and cleanliness by protecting hydraulic hoses, cables, metal hoses, bellows, and various pipeline systems.
There are three main forms of high temperature casing: buckle type, wrap type, and straight cylinder type.
The standout feature of our heat resistant bushings is their installation ease-no need to shut down equipment or remove hoses and cables for fitting the thermal protection sleeve. Additionally, they can be fitted directly on-site, ensuring a perfect fit and structural reliability. Crafted from high-temperature glass fiber, the buckle type features an inner lining of fire-retardant adhesive tape, allowing for a secure fit that adheres tightly upon adjustment.
Coil type: Ideal for providing high temperature protection to irregular objects such as valves and curved pipes, it is easily wound around objects and is equally effective for outdoor high-temperature pipes (e.g., natural gas and heating pipes) to assure insulation and minimize heat loss.
Straight drum type: Designed to safeguard flat piping, cable installations, automotive wiring harnesses, and generator sets, it provides comprehensive sealing, insulation, thermal protection, and moisture resistance post-installation.
