Product introduction:
Our Fireproof Bushings are expertly crafted from either alkali-free or high-fluffy glass fiber, and then meticulously coated with advanced, high-temperature resistant iron oxide red silica gel post-treatment. These bushings are significantly thicker than standard insulating alternatives, boasting exceptional fire prevention, flame retardancy, thermal insulation, heat preservation, and robust resistance to acids, alkalis, and aging. Engineered to withstand molten metal splashes, intense heat sources, and direct flames, they offer unparalleled longevity and superior heat resistance.

Application: These high-temperature sleeves are ideal for extreme environments such as steelworks, smelters, glass factories, and rail transit systems. Perfectly suited for protecting hydraulic hoses, cables, metal hoses, bellows, and various pipelines, they offer eco-friendly and pollution-free protection in harsh conditions.

There are three main forms of high temperature casing: buckle type, wrap type, and straight cylinder type.

The primary advantage of our heat-resistant bushings is the ease of installation without needing to disable equipment or dismantle hoses and cables. Their on-site factory installation guarantees a precise fit and structural reliability. The buckle type features high-temperature glass fiber with a fire-retardant adhesive tape interior, allowing for a secure, adjustable fit.

Coil type: Ideal for irregular objects such as valves or curved pipes, this type excels in providing high-temperature protection. It is also suitable for outdoor high-temperature pipes like natural gas or heating pipes, offering excellent heat insulation and minimizing thermal loss.

Straight drum type: Designed for flat pipes, cable protection, automotive wiring, and generator sets, it offers robust sealing, insulation, heat resistance, and moisture-proof capabilities post-installation.
