Introducing our revolutionary Fireproof Bushings, expertly crafted from either alkali-free glass fiber or high fluffy glass fiber. These bushings are then meticulously coated with a robust, organic, high-temperature resistant iron oxide red silica gel, following an intense high-temperature treatment. Unlike ordinary insulating bushings, our fireproof bushing boasts a thicker, more resilient structure with extraordinary attributes: fire prevention, flame retardancy, superior heat insulation, preservation, unmatched insulation, and resistance to acid, alkali, and aging. Ideal for withstanding molten metal spatter, intense heat sources, and flames, these bushings promise an exceptional service life and unbeatable heat resistance.

There are three main forms of high temperature casing: buckle type, wrap type, and straight cylinder type.
The standout feature of our heat-resistant bushing is its seamless installation that doesn't require disabling equipment or dismantling hoses and cables. Its on-site factory installation maintains perfect fit and structural integrity. The buckle type, crafted from high-temperature glass fiber and internally stitched with fire-retardant adhesive tape, ensures a snug fit when adjusted to size, adhering firmly with the adhesive tape.
Coil type: Tailored for high-temperature protection of irregular objects like valves and curved pipes, it offers easy winding and is also perfect for outdoor high-temperature pipes, such as natural gas or heating pipes, providing excellent heat insulation and minimizing heat loss.
Straight drum type: Ideal for protecting flat pipes, cables, automotive wiring harnesses, and generator sets upon installation, offering sealing, insulation, heat protection, and moisture resistance.
