1. Operating Conditions
1.1 Continuous use in ambient temperatures ranging from a brisk -55°C to a toasty 125°C.
1.2 Exceptionally robust for prolonged use in both acidic and alkaline environments.
1.3 Engineered for sustained use under rigorous environmental protection guidelines.
2. Appearance Requirements
2.1 The product surface must be pristine, devoid of noticeable scratches, uneven textures, or bamboo-joint-like imperfections.
2.2 The exterior finish is expected to be flawlessly smooth, devoid of oil stains and free from dust accumulation.
2.3 Impeccable printing quality is ensured with no ghosting, excess ink, incomplete prints, or slippage.
3. Heat Shrinkage Performance
3.1 Commencing shrinkage kicks in at 70°C; complete shrinkage is achieved at 125°C.
Conforming to UL224 standards, full-shrinkage temperature is set at 200°C, accomplished within 3 minutes.
3.2 The rate of longitudinal shrinkage remains within a precise ±5%.
4. Performance Characteristics of Materials
The materials' physical and chemical properties are strictly aligned with the stipulations in Table 1.
The dimensions for halogen-free, flame-retardant, thin-wall heat-shrinkable sleeves adhere precisely to the specifications outlined in Table 2.

Standard colors available include black, red, blue, yellow, green, and white. Customization is possible for other colors such as purple, gray, brown, etc., tailored to customer preferences.
Harness the exceptional performance of our Quality Single Wall Heat Shrink Tube, designed for precision and reliability in every use. To achieve its full potential, meticulous attention during the shrinkage process is paramount. Utilize a forced-air constant-temperature oven for optimal results, precisely calibrated to a shrinkage temperature of 125°C. Be mindful that upon placing the heat-shrinkable sleeve into the oven, an initial drop in temperature may occur. Patience is key as the oven stabilizes, returning to its set temperature. The sleeve will then gradually reach its intended shrinkage temperature, thanks to the efficient hot air circulation within the oven. Achieve immaculate shrinkage as the actual oven temperature aligns with the designated set point, maintaining this consistent heat for an uninterrupted duration of 3 minutes.
