Product introduction:
Our Fireproof Bushings are expertly crafted tubes, ingeniously braided from either alkali-free glass fiber or high fluffy glass fiber. These are then coated with a robust organic high-temperature resistant iron oxide red silica gel following high-temperature treatment. Our Fireproof Bushings boast a greater thickness than standard insulating bushings, showcasing exceptional attributes such as fire prevention, flame retardance, heat insulation, thermal preservation, electrical insulation, as well as resistance to acids, alkalis, and aging. These bushings stand resilient against molten metal splatter, intense heat sources, and flames. They are engineered to deliver superior longevity and enhanced heat resistance.

Our high temperature casing is available in three distinct forms: 1. Buckle type, 2. Wrap type, and 3. Straight cylinder type.

The crowning glory of our heat-resistant bushings lies in their hassle-free installation process: no need to halt operations or dismantle hoses and cables. These bushings can be seamlessly fitted on-site, ensuring a precise fit and structural efficacy. The buckle type features a high-temperature glass fiber exterior, with the inside stitched using a fire-retardant adhesive tape. Once adjusted to the desired size, it forms a tight seal with the adhesive.

Our Coil type is expertly designed to shield irregular objects like valves and bends from high temperatures. It wraps easily around these components and is perfect for outdoor high-temperature applications such as natural gas and heating pipes, offering superior heat insulation and minimizing thermal dissipation.

The Straight drum type is tailored for flat pipes, cable protection, automotive wiring harnesses, and generator sets post-installation, delivering unmatched sealing, insulation, thermal protection, and moisture resistance.
